I first worked with Matt in 2012 as my agent when purchasing my first co-op in Long Beach. He is very responsive, and gives you his honest opinion and after speaking with him for a bit, he came up with his own ideas of places to show me, which I ultimately purchased.
Matthew is well connected, focused on his clients' needs and knows how to close a deal. In my case he knew how high I was prepared to go.
